Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — we’re licensed by the State of Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection and carry $1M general liability plus workers’ comp. Certificate available on request.

How do quotes work?
We come out, look at the job, and send you a flat-rate quote within 24 hours. No hourly billing surprises. If something changes mid-job, we stop and call before adding a dime.

Do you handle big projects, or just small fixes?
Both. Smallest job we did last week was a $95 dishwasher install. Largest was a $14,000 full bathroom remodel. If we can’t do it, we’ll tell you who can.

What’s your warranty?
One year on workmanship, full stop. If the patch cracks, the hinge sags, or the tile pops — we come back and fix it free.

Which neighborhoods do you cover?
Fairfield, New Haven, and Litchfield counties. Anything inside the I-95 / I-84 triangle. Outside that, ask — we travel for the right jobs.
